they mean they are showing the episodes from the last season- which was the last season they will ever make- the show got cancelled, so there will never be any ‘new’ shows unfrotunately (i LOVE that show!)

Its new to CC. They are showing last season’s episodes now. Yay!

Those shows are from Season 7, which aired earlier this year on NBC.
They are just new to the channel Comedy Central.
Now, brand-new never before seen episodes will air in January 2009 on ABC.
