when laverne dies: episode 614 “My Long Goodbye”
and when dr. cox kills 3 patients by accident: episode 113 “My Bad Day”

At the end of the episode “My Lunch” when three of Dr.Cox’s patients die.
End of the episode “My Cold Shower” when JD thinks that it should have been him with Elliot,
Episode “My Last Word” the whole episode is brilliant.
Episode “My Cake” in the end when JD, Dan and Dr.Cox are watching sports and Cox says hes proud of JD for making it this far.
okay here are the rest but I can’t remember the exact episodes,
In season one when JD’s first patient dies, the look on Zach’s face is so pure when he asks Laverne “why didn’t anyone page me”
In season 3 when JD walks back home from Elliot’s apartment after finding Sean there.
In season 6 “His Story VI” (?) when Dr.Kelso captures a new intern on a bench outside and tells him what this job has meant to him.
Tons more I can’t recall right now, I love the show.
