| While working to stabilize three patients awaiting organ transplants, J.D. resolves to ask Dr. Cox to lunch until he agrees. When he finally chases Dr. Cox to lunch, J.D. runs into annoying former patient Jill Tracy, who unexpectedly teaches him something about responsibility.
