After a decision results in the death of three of his patients, a despondent Dr. Cox shirks his duties and turns to drinking. Shocked, the staff does their best to cover for him at the hospital while each takes a turn trying to convince him how inspiring he is. Meanwhile, Turk is excited to start his new rotation with orthopedic surgery, but is put off by his attending doctor’s touchy-feely methods. So, J.D. and the Janitor attempt to help Tuck find ways to bond with his new supervisor.
