Because of some problem Dr. Cox has several problems diagnosing a patient, so J.D. and Turk offer their help to Dr. Cox. Besides of this other people have problems too, like Dr. Kelso who has to face a board when his real age is discovered by some co-workers. Fortunately Carla, Elliot and the Janitor supports Dr. Kelso.
